Firstly we take just a few minutes to fill out a questionnaire about your medical history and why you are here. You may wish to bring any information that might have an impact on your training program.
YOUR FIRST EXERCISE SESSION
We use this session to discover your likes, dislikes and desires. I will re-examine your goals and outline the strategy we will use in achieving your desired results.
I believe that beginning and persisting with an exercise program is hard enough without the humiliation of testing and evaluating your every move. Therefore, I will not impose tests and evaluations unless my client specifically requests these services. Any of these tests for fitness evaluation will be done on personal and individual basis. |
