Your training can consist of the following options:
Indoor /outdoor training or a combination of both
Various training activities: indoor cardiovascular training, walking, running, swimming, weight training, cycling, boxing, circuit training, stretching and core stability work
60 minute training sessions
90 minute training sessions are also available for those wanting to lose more weight or who wish to train for a particular event which requires more time.
No two training sessions will ever be the same, keeping variety and enjoyment in every training session.
Goal and Training assessment – each clients needs and goals are assessed. This consultation is offered totally free of charge as this gives Jenny and Peter the ability to design a program specifically tailored to your likes, dislikes and training requirements. At A Body 2 Fit, Jenny and Peter will provide both yourself and your partner with the same professional service which you would receive in an individual training session. Several clients train with their spouse, relative or friend.
